first direct Home Insurance is provided by Aviva Insurance UK Limited. The "3 months free" offer on first direct Home Insurance is subject to the underwriting criteria of Aviva Insurance UK Limited and the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is open to new first direct Home Insurance customers only who obtain a quotation for buildings and/or contents cover until 30 April 2010 (the "offer period").
2. The offer does not apply to existing customers whose first direct Home Insurance policies are due for renewal during the offer period.
3. The offer only applies to policies taken out within 90 days of the quotation for cover. The offer does not apply if amendments are subsequently made to a quotation after the offer period.
4. Quotations given online will only attract this offer on the day the quotation is given.
5. The offer applies to quotations above minimum premiums of £35.44 for a buildings or contents policy and £70.88 for a combined buildings and contents policy (after application of the discount).
6. The offer applies to new customers paying their premiums either by monthly instalments or in a single annual payment. The premium quoted will be inclusive of the 25% discount which is equivalent to 3 months' free cover. The discount will only be applied to buildings and/or contents cover (including accidental damage).
7. The discount does not apply to additional covers e.g. home emergency.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. One offer per insured property.
10. If you cancel your policy during the first 12 months, you may have to pay for the full cost of the cover provided, calculated before the application of the discount.
