first direct Home Insurance is provided by Aviva Insurance UK Limited. The "12 for the price of 9" offer on first direct Home Insurance is subject to the underwriting criteria of Aviva Insurance UK Limited and the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is open to new first direct Home Insurance customers only who obtain a quotation for buildings and/or contents cover before 30 September 2010.
2. The offer does not apply to existing customers whose first direct Home Insurance policies are due for renewal before 30 September 2010.
3. The offer only applies to policies taken out within 90 days of the quotation for cover. The offer does not apply if amendments are subsequently made to a quotation after 30 September 2010.
4. The offer applies to quotations above minimum premiums of £35.44 for a buildings or contents policy and £70.88 for a combined buildings and contents policy (after application of the discount). The minimum premium is inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
5. The offer applies to new customers paying their premiums either by monthly instalments or in a single annual payment. The premium quoted will be inclusive of a 25% discount which is the equivalent to 12 months for the price of 9.
6. The discount does not apply to additional covers e.g. home emergency.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. One offer per insured property.
9. If you cancel your policy during the first 12 months, you may have to pay for the full cost of the cover provided, calculated before the application of the discount.
