Our rates and fees

• 0% p.a. on Balance Transfers* for 15 months if you transfer a balance from a competitor credit or storecard (excluding members of the HSBC Group) within two months of account opening. The introductory Balance Transfer rate commences from the date of the first balance transfer. A Balance Transfer fee of 2.9% (minimum £5) will be charged to all transfers.
• this promotion is only available to new first direct credit card customers
• at the end of the 15 month promotional period Balance Transfers will revert to the standard variable rate of typical 16.9%
• there's no annual fee.
